- The routine repairs that we oversee are pre-approved in your budget, so there are no surprises. If we need to carry out urgent repairs, we act with due care and attention and inform you as soon as possible.The most important repairs are always subject to bid solicitation and a comparative table is submitted to you for approval.
- The planning and monitoring of major works are updated regularly in our electronic system, so that you have access to monitor work progress and all other relevant information at all times via our portal.
- It is our responsibility to supervise the work done by maintenance employees.
SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR REGULAR MAINTENANCE
In collaboration with your Board of Directors, we prepare all of the documents for calls for tenders and contracting, we negotiate the terms of contracts, and ensure to review them before submitting to your Board of Directors’ approval.
Also in collaboration with your Board of Directors, we ensure to follow up with contractors responsible for regular maintenance work.
SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR COMPLEX WORK
For more complex work requiring specialized professional skills, we entrust the preparation of the quotes/specifications and work monitoring to an engineer or an architect whose professional responsibility is guaranteed by the Order of their profession. The representatives of the Board of Directors sign the contract of the engineer or architect who will monitor the work.
