Your Board of Directors, being generally on site, remains the immediate supervisor of the various contractors involved, but delegates its responsibilities to the manager who reports periodically.
Contractors / Staff recrutement (if required)
At the written request of your Board of Directors, we solicit candidates, contractors or staff to fill vacancies. To do this, we check the references of contractors or staff to ensure their reliability.
We are responsible for withholding and remitting deductions for Employment Insurance, the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST), income tax, and any other organization, as required by Quebec law.
