We ensure the files for each project are kept up to date and complete, and we inform your Board of Directors regularly of their progress.
Following the award of the maintenance contract , we check, in collaboration with Board of directors’ members, the reliability of the staff performing the work and inform the Board of Directors of any situation that could harm the Condominium Corporation.
We maintain a preventative maintenance system for condominium equipment as dictated by the appropriate professionals.
We ensure that common areas are kept in the best possible condition given the allocated budget and the guidelines of your Board of Directors.
We inform your Board of Directors of breaches of the building’s bylaws and propose measures to ensure the co-owners comply with the Declaration of Co-ownership and the book of bylaws.
