SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR REGULAR MAINTENANCE
In collaboration with your Board of Directors, we prepare all of the documents for calls for tenders and contracting, we negotiate the terms of contracts, and ensure to review them before submitting to your Board of Directors’ approval.
Also in collaboration with your Board of Directors, we ensure to follow up with contractors responsible for regular maintenance work.
SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR COMPLEX WORK
For more complex work requiring specialized professional skills, we entrust the preparation of the quotes/specifications and work monitoring to an engineer or an architect whose professional responsibility is guaranteed by the Order of their profession. The representatives of the Board of Directors sign the contract of the engineer or architect who will monitor the work.
